How to paint a mural on my building

If you are interested in painting a mural on your building, but it is not during a Festival or you are not in our focus area, you can still do it!

All you need is:

• Permission from the building owner

• An artist

• An encroachment permit from the City/County where you are located (permits will vary depending on location, but generally just provide permission to take over a sidewalk during the painting process).

 

We recommend paying your artist at least $15/square foot to paint a mural, but each artist will have different rates. Check out our local artist catalog, above, for examples of local artists work.
